Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

- Training preferences, goals, workout activity, and feedback.
- Wearable health metrics, only if you choose to connect a provider.
- Basic device and usage data to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver and improve the service: serve content, track progress, generate insights, and manage your membership. We do not sell your personal data.
Wearables and health data
Wearable connections are made through your provider's authorization flow. You can disconnect a provider at any time from your settings, which revokes our access to that data.
Your choices
You can edit your preferences, change notification settings, and request account deletion from your profile settings. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
